The Bridges 2e Center for Research, Professional Learning, and Talent Development is proud to partner with SENG (Supporting Emotional Needs of the Gifted) in order to bring you a day of meaningful learning and collaboration. Bridges Parent University is a full-day event designed to empower parents of 2e students with practical strategies, expert guidance, and a supportive community.
The day will feature:
- ✅ A keynote presentation from from Dr. Susan Baum, an internationally recognized expert in strengths-based and twice-exceptional education, and the author of the award-winning “To Be Gifted and Learning Disabled.”
- ✅ Engaging breakout sessions covering topics from self-advocacy to executive functioning and social-emotional growth
- ✅ Opportunities to connect with other parents, share experiences, and build community.
- ✅ Panel session with 2e high school students reflecting on their academic journeys and how their parents were able to best support them
